My name is Tina, I’m norwegian and moved from my cold Norway to this warm part of France for the first time in 1990 and I lived here for 10 years. Then life took me to Paris for a few years and then to Annecy where I ran my own restaurant for 7 years. In 2013 I moved back to Cannes, the town where my heart lies, and where I created " ti'plus Concierge Services "
With my experience of over 35 years with the french culture and system and my growing network I am here to make your move or short or long
time stay as smooth as possible.
First part of my job is to help you setting up accounts for electricity, water, internet, bank, and also for official bills and taxes.
If you wish I can also assist with purchasing of furniture, linen, white
goods and other equipment and I can be present at deliveries.
Second part of my job is to help with renovations: big or small!
I have a team of painters, plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, handymen, gardeners,
pool professionals etc. whom I have worked with for many years and whom I trust to do a great job.
If what you need is not on the list just ask, there is always an answer to every question and a way through every problem.
And last, and the biggest part of my job, is property management.
I take care of your property when you are not here so you're always informed - no surprises when you arrive. Every month I check your apartment or villa once or twice, depending on weather conditions and on your property's needs.
My aim is to do what it takes for you to be able to relax and just
enjoy everyting this fantastic place has to offer.
